Shipping & Return Policies:ShippingOur preferred method of shipping is UPS, so please provide a physical address when placing your order. If shipping to a P.O. Box, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or International Destinations, additional charges may apply. You will be notified of the exact charges, before your order is processed for approval. We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends, some slight delays could occur during the holiday season. Need your order in a rush, please let us know. We can let you know the best, and most economical option to suit your needs. ReturnsIf for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, wrong color, too big, etc... you may return it within 15 days of receipt, for exchange or refund. Return shipping cost will be your responsibility and refunds will not include the original shipping charges. Please call prior to returning your item, so we are aware the item is being returned. Damaged or Defective Items:Your order will be professionally packaged for a safe delivery, but accidents can happen. In the rare case it does, we handle all claims on our end, and your item will be re-shipped immediately, or refunded if no longer available. Please note: This only applies to UPS shipments! If your order ships via US Postal Service, there will delays in getting the item replaced or refunded, and you will be required by USPS, to file the claim. If there are “obvious defects”, please call or email to describe the problem. Upon approval, a UPS RS Label will be issued, to return the item at our expense, and a replacement will be sent to you at no additional charge. Please Note:Due to the fact that ceramics are hand painted, slight variations are normal and deemed acceptable by the industry, and would not be considered flaws. This does not include any cracks, crazing or areas of missing glaze, these would be considered “obvious defects”. |
